Regrettably, my experience with this Alibaba supplier has been unsatisfactory. They printed incorrect instructions on the product, resulting in customer complaints about it bursting in the microwave. Despite my efforts to seek a refund, the supplier did not take responsibility for their mistake. This has caused significant financial losses for my business. I will not be working with them again due to their lack of accountability.
